Who is behind Future Friendly Fairs?
5 years ago when I had my first child, I set up my own children's products company with a green philosphy: most of our items are made of recycled polyester fibres and eco-wool, to create "future-friendly" products. We don't do mass production, don't trade with unethical & over packaged goods! We use minimal packaging, recycled paper tags, 100% biogradable mailing bags. Since having children, it's became even more important issue to live in a happy, healthy, eco-conscious enviroment, to teach my little ones that small things matter. I met lot of like minded designers and we were all looking for venues to introduce our products / services to people who care.
Who would want to sell they products in busy shopping malls, on markets wedged between "made in china" over-packaged plastic goods?
Future Friendly Fairs was "born" 5 years ago, organizing earth-friendly, ethical fairs across London, our aim is to introduce eco-conscious buyers, consumers to designers, traders and service providers who all believe that: small actions x lot of people today = big change tomorrow!

(As a great believer in recycling on the picture my baby boy wears my husband's newborn jumper from the seventies!)
